Have you created your own business?  If you have, then look at these BI'ers web pages.  They have created their own jobs and businesses.  You might even be able to use some of their talents to help yourself!

  • BIndependent - Started by Sandra Linsey a BI Survivor and her family.  This site has information and links of all kinds.  Including aids for different disabilities, and vitamins and herbal formulas too.  There are too many links here to name, so stop in and look for yourself!  Check out the page for other BI'ers crafts too while you're there!
  • bjscloset Web Pages & Design - Since I found that I could enjoy making web pages back in 1999, I started my own service of building and maintaining web pages.  You won't see any "average" web pages!  The only thing holding you back is your "imagination"!
  • Brain Toys - This is a company that Gert Van Rensburg started in South Africa.  It was not only founded by a BI'er, but employs others with disabilities!  You can look at the puzzles he makes at BIndependent.  They'll make you THINK, that's for sure!  I have one too, and it's a challenge, that's for sure!
  • Cook With Jerry - Jerry is a brain injury survivor unable to return to his pre-injury profession as an actuary. As a Pampered Chef, Jerry demonstrates easy to use kitchen tools at cooking shows in your home. Visit Jerry's website to join his sales team, book a show (cooking, catalog or fundraiser) or to order Pampered Chef easy to use kitchen and entertainment items.
  • Gallery Photography - A great place to get your photos taken, by Steve Hudson.  Check out the "Images" page while you're there!
  • Yamabibs - I know you're wondering what a Yamabib is?  You'll have to go inside to find the answer!
